The Colart Collection welcomes submissions at all times. Artists and galleries may submit 5-10 works per artist and should send only those artworks eligible for purchase by the collection. Previously refused works or unspecified material will not be considered.
The committee meets several times throughout the year. Artists and galleries will be notified of the committee’s decisions when they are made available.

Proposal Requirements:
– Curriculum Vitae
– Brief artist statement of no more than 150 words
– Brief artist bio of no more than 150 words (suitable for posting on our website)
– Images of artwork
– Detailed Image list with prices
All required material should be submitted as digital files on a single CD or DVD. Do not send any hard copies of images or text and be sure to clearly indicate your email, phone number and mailing address.
Text files should be labelled with the artist’s initials and if submitting more than one artist, should be organized into files.
Images should be in a separate file and be labelled by artist’s initials, image # title, size (in inches), and price. Example: ab07figureonblue50x60-2000$.jpg
Digital images must be JPEG format, unzipped, RBG colour, and of 1024 x 768 pixel resolution. Images that are too small will not be presented.
