Main Street Art Calls – Bid Opportunities: Town of Canmore
The Town of Canmore invites artist proposals for temporary public art installations in Canmore’s downtown. The Main Street mural and sculpture projects serve as vibrant and welcoming gateways to the Main Street Pedestrian zone. Both installations aim to capture the “heart” of Canmore, reflecting its strong sense of community, flourishing arts and culture, and commitment to environmental stewardship. The calls are open to artists from Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba and Indigenous artists who have contemporary or historical connections to these regions.

Lamphouse Emerging Artist Bursary
The Lamphouse Endowment for the Arts Fund: Emerging Artist Bursary is given annually to a Canmore resident who identifies as an emerging artist and plans to use the bursary award to further pursue their artistic practice (i.e. though education, supplies, residencies, etc.)
