CARFAC Alberta is entering an era of change. With the retirement of our long-term executive director, the Board has chosen to appoint an Interim Director (ID) to steward and care for our organization for a period of four months.
During this time the organization will be working with a consulting entity to explore new structures, create greater transparencies, and create new service delivery pathways and evaluating criteria. We are requesting proposals for consulting entities to work with our organisation to develop a review, engagement, and evaluation process with recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Desired outcomes include:
- review of organizational structure;
- HR review and role articulations for long-term success;
- environmental review of wage and role comparisons; and
- review of current HR policies and practices (Provincial and Federal).
- An evaluation of our current program and services and delivery options; with a lens around anti racists and transparency.
- An evaluation of our current communications and partnerships with recommendations
Proposals should be submitted to Todd Janes, Board President CARFAC Alberta at toddjane@gmail.com by no later than 14 February 2025.
Proposals should include:
- CV with relevant experience
- Your methodology and work process
- Proposed timeline and critical milestones
- Budget and compensation
