The ASA requires Program Coordinator. This is a part-time position.
Individual must be a “detail” person who is organized and able to juggle multiple tasks. WordPress skills are essential as are familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & In-Design. Must have excellent grammar, writing and communication skills.
Our new ASA Gallery opens in September. Candidate will oversee gallery functions and be responsible for the coordination of travelling exhibitions. Coordination of Calls for Submission. Office Management. Related post-secondary education and previous administrative experience a must. Long-term position that is perfect for someone with a second career or semi-retired. Project management is more important than experience in the arts community.
Hours: Wed – Sat from 10am – 4pm. Gallery closed for part of June, July & August.

Pay: $22 per Hour (approx $19,000 per Yr)
