NextFest is pleased to share the Call for Visual Art Submissions from emerging artists. For the purpose of this call, “emerging” refers to any artist in the first 10 years of their practice who is not professionally represented.
This year, the festival will take place both online and in person with some gallery exhibits throughout the city.
The festival runs from June 3-13 and the visual arts submission deadline is April 5.

It is curated on the basis of providing development opportunities for emerging professional artists to hone their craft, gain experience, make contacts, and step forward as the future of professional arts. In doing so, we instill in the emerging generation an appreciation for the importance of mentorship.”
